Great selection and service!

Edited : 5/5/2023 No email confirmation of my order which is 700300471-C (eventually received almost 8 hours after payment and submitting this review) no next-day delivery DPD reference number (now received 24 hours later which wouldn't have been a problem if their customer service and purchase confirmation had arrived in a timely manner or at all regarding their replies to online chat requests) no contact number to get in touch, I've now left 4 chat requests over the course of the last few days. Order was just left as processed on their website until I left this review! I've contacted my bank already and asked to cancel the transaction, they said as it's still pending I can't do that until they actually take the money. I wish I'd looked for reviews on this poor excuse for a company first because there are far more reputable companies with contact telephone number and better reviews with guaranteed next day delivery. How this company is still in existence absolutely bewilders me. If you can put this right you have my order number above and my phone number to contact me. (They have processed my order and apparently ready for delivery by DPD so should see it tomorrow I'm guessing but still no personal response to any emails)
Stay away from this company at all costs, from my personal experience they will not answer your chats which they claim to straight away between 8am and 4pm, I've not had one response!

If I am updated and delivered my goods by Saturday as promised on their website I'll edit this review which I now have but I won't use them use them again because their customer service is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

I am expecting delivery by DPD which I'm assuming is tomorrow which will be 6/5/2023.

If you're happy with a lack of customer service/phone number and a lack of purchase confirmation directly after payment, please carry on and use them.

I'll update again once I've received the correct products.

Edit: Now just been asked to confirm details they already have and even included the order number in the review. Incompetents at it's finest!
Also funny how you find the time to reply to bad reviews and not your customers queries, your prioritys are definitely in the wrong direction!

I placed an order over a week ago and I still have not got my tracking number for my order or deliver date. I emailed their customer service and no response. The money has already been taken out of my account for the order but still says processing.

I received my order today, one of several so far. Good prices, occasional discounts and thorough notification on orders. Orders take about a week to receive. Being a CA resident I needed an alternate method for purchases and glad I found Northerner.

Ordered Wednesday and the order came Friday...speedy delivery...first order and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Don't buy from them !!! I order from them and I gave them all my details for delivery and they put wrong on the parcel obviously my parcel was delivered in another place . So i lost my money...trying to contact them but not any answer.... ohhhh you can get in touch with them just online, we're no one will answer to you .... So I think it's scam ....do not buy from them!!!!

Great value, quick delivery and exactly as promised.

This is the second time I have ordered 10 Elfbars. The first time no issue. The second, the box arrived with only 5 in of the 10.
I contacted Northerner by the only way you can, via a remote form. Over a week later and still no reply from them. Scammed out of my money and no response despite them advertising their open hours to contact them. No phone number either. Shocking service

Great company with good prices

Delivery is free and extremely fast. I live in Scotland and have received all of my orders far more quickly than anticipated - and best of all, the delivery is free and without order-size floors! As for the quality of the products: I have only ordered assorted Zyn-branded nicotine pouches, and all have been fresh with production dates of a few months and best before dates of 2024 and beyond. I’ve never encountered issues with the pouches having “split” either. Overall, a great experience. 10/10.

On time, great service.

Terrible company do not buy from them. Scammed me out of my money. Ordered on 01/04/23 and still not received anything. I have contacted them but I have been completed ignored, not hearing anything back from them. I’ve seen quite a few reviews on here saying the same so I would strongly advise not to buy from these to avoid being another person they scam.

Overall my experience was great. The only problem I had was not being able to contact anyone with questions I had. Next time I will log in before I order. I think that will make everything go much smoother.
